The NWSLPA operates as a democratic organization, electing an Executive Committee (four players) and a Board of Representatives (two players from each NWSL team) to make governing decisions on behalf of all NWSL players. Our Executive Director runs the day-to-day operations, our Commercial Manager oversees the business affairs of the organization, and our Player Affairs Manager manages all player related items. Our Advisory Board is made up of trusted individuals with professional expertise that guides us in organizational decision making.
