The NWSLPA operates as a democratic organization, electing an Executive Committee (four players) and a Board of Representatives (two players from each NWSL team) to make governing decisions on behalf of all NWSL players. Our Executive Director along with our Deputy Executive Director run the day-to-day operations, our Commercial Manager oversees the business affairs of the organization and our Head of Media manages all communication and media related items.
